1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") govern the relationship between bd86 (hereinafter referred to as "bd86", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "you", "the User", "the Player", or "the Member") who accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses the services available at bd86.io.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one registered account on bd86. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, the same household, or any other means — is strictly prohibited. bd86 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed, and any balances contained within them may be forfeited at bd86's sole discretion.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bd86 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bd86 accepts no liability for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 1 to 6 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. bd86 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the bd86 account holder. bd86 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals of funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be processed until those requirements are fulfilled.

4.5 Fraud Prevention

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to fraud screening. bd86 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any transaction suspected of being associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful purpose. Users found to be engaging in such activity will have their accounts permanently terminated and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by bd86 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each individual offer. In the event of a conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to the bonus only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded by bd86 carry a wagering requirement before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the relevant bonus terms. Bets placed on certain games or markets may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bd86 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus where there is evidence of abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage), exploiting errors in bonus terms, or any other activity that bd86 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion. In cases of confirmed bonus abuse, bd86 may terminate the account and forfeit all associated balances.

5.4 Expiry

Bonuses that are not used or wagering requirements that are not completed within the time period specified in the relevant bonus terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the account balance without notice.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed and accepted when bd86 displays a confirmation reference number to the user. bd86 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed at erroneous odds, bets that exceed applicable stake limits, or bets placed on events affected by match-fixing investigations.

6.2 Erroneous Odds

Where odds are published as a result of a manifest error — including typographical errors, technical faults, or data feed errors — bd86 reserves the right to void any bets settled at those odds and recalculate settlement at the correct odds. Users who knowingly exploit erroneous odds may have their accounts suspended.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting is offered on selected events. bd86 does not guarantee the continued availability of in-play markets throughout the duration of any event. Bets accepted in-play are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets. Where a delay in bet acceptance results in materially changed circumstances (e.g., a goal scored, a wicket taken), bd86 reserves the right to void the affected bet.

6.4 Unsettled Bets

bd86 aims to settle all bets promptly following the conclusion of the relevant event. Where no specific rule exists, bd86 management's decision shall be final and binding.

9. Intellectual Property

11. Privacy & Data

14. Dispute Resolution

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, as applicable to the user's domicile and the operating entity. Nothing in this clause shall prevent bd86 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any appropriate jurisdiction.

16. Amendments to These Terms

bd86 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, bd86 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or an on-platform notification. In all cases, the version of the Terms published on bd86.io at the time of any particular transaction or interaction shall be the version that governs that transaction or interaction. Your continued use of the platform after any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
